We provide marketing photography and videography for promotion of Missouri S&T. The process for requesting photo shoots, videos and more is detailed below.
Photo Library
Missouri S&T images are organized in PhotoShelter, an online library that includes campus scenes, university buildings, events and laboratory environments. Images are to be used for the promotion of S&T.
Photography Requests
You can request new photos for publications or marketing materials. Photography assignments are prioritized by the overall impact and intended usage. It's important that you request services in advance.
Video Services
Missouri S&T videos are organized on YouTube. Our mission is to produce high-quality, award-winning video productions that enhance the image of Missouri S&T.
Faculty and Staff Portraits
We offer free portraits for faculty, staff and student employees for use in university publications, websites or other professional publications.
Gallery Permissions
PhotoShelter is a secure archive of many of the university's photographs. Due to some confidential content of the site, access is limited to users with university single sign-on. Other users may request access through the public login or through the link below.
Camera Check Out
We offer a high-quality point-and-shoot camera, Nikon P1000, that can be requested if you'd like to use it to take photos or video. It's important to request the use of the camera or photography services in advance.
Photo and Video Releases
Missouri S&T photographers and videographers must obtain a signed release from any person appearing in a photo to be used by the university for publications, marketing materials, websites or any other communications. No photo, video, audio recording or other multimedia project may be published, posted online or shared publicly without the express written consent of all participants.
