Personnel profile

Purpose: This content item is useful on a staff or faculty page to show basic personnel information, such as a photo, name, title, office location, phone number and email address.

How to use: To use this content item, you’ll want to gather a few things for the personnel you’ll be adding to the page. You will need a head and shoulders photo, name, office number and building, office phone and email address of each person.

Don't worry, you don't have to edit your photos into circles by hand.
That's done automatically by this content type.

Making a basic layout:

  • Add a page heading content item at the top of the page (eg. Staff Listing, Faculty Listing)
  • Add a personnel profile for each personnel
  • For sub headings (ie. a heading for administrators or secondary departments) use a page heading and select yes for the "Sub Heading" option.

Personnel Profile Horizontal layout

The most popular layout option chosen, the horizontal layout, uses a smaller profile photo and allows you to show an additional accordion to store information such as job duties, coverage areas, or other small snippets of information.

Personnel Profile Accordion

Only available with the horizontal layout option selected, the personnel profile accordion isn't meant for a full length biography - for biographies, it is recommended to create a separate page and link to that page using the personnel profile section link.
